Sandra's house is located in the hills between Noli and Spotorno, just 4 km from the sea and surrounded by olive trees and nature. It is equipped with all the comforts including a kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, and especially a beautiful and delicate flowered outdoor area complete with benches, table, deck chairs, and barbecue.

It is an excellent solution for those who want to change the air, go to the sea, and especially walk or use a bicycle (I have set up a convention for Moto-Bike and E-bike). It is also a great solution for those who want to relax and find themselves in time marked by nature.

The public parking is 30 meters away and is free. It has a bedroom with a bathroom, but if you need it, there is an additional double sofa bed. My knowledge of the territory and its resources will help you make the most of your vacation;).

It is part of the small village of Cà de Badin, where its 12 inhabitants preserve the history and traditions of the place.
