The property provides four spacious rooms and a common breakfast room. The spaces have just been renovated and designed with great care, from the walls to the fixtures, from the systems to the furnishings, all to ensure the maximum comfort for our guests.

The location of the B&B is exceptional, being in the heart of the city only 50 meters from the pedestrian area and even less from the Eastern Promenade. In just 500 meters, as the crow flies, you can reach the sea (three km by car to the beach) and at 70 meters high, you can admire a splendid panorama that extends for over 180 degrees. The property is located on the top floor of a high building overlooking the sea, but from the street it appears only two floors. From the windows, you can admire the magnificent eastern balcony of the city and the dome of the famous Cathedral Basilica, where the remains of the Apostle St. Thomas rest, offering an unusual and unique perspective.
