The establishment enjoys a strategic location, approximately one kilometer from the Pescara Ovest Chieti exit of the A14 motorway, and is close to various points of interest such as the Abruzzo Technological Park, Gabriele d’Annunzio University, and the SS. Annunziata Hospital. Major shopping centers in the area, including Megalò, Ipercoop, and Ikea, can be easily reached within a few minutes.

The rooms are cozy and equipped with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. Each room is air-conditioned, fitted with mosquito nets, and covered by free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a safe environment thanks to the presence of internal and external cameras and a spacious private parking area. The property, located on the second floor, does not have an elevator.
