Both the Villa and the Residence are located in a park of 15,000 square meters surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The area includes a large car park and a spacious recreational area: a large garden with pine trees, eucalyptus and other Mediterranean species. Inside the park, there is a concrete tennis court with changing rooms and a bocce court for the guests of the entire Estate. There is also a renovated rural structure of about 30 square meters with a kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom with a shower available.

THE VILLA
Luxurious and exclusive Villa composed of a large living area with a central table for 14 people, 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (with the possibility of adding 2 more beds) and 4 bathrooms. There is also a tavern with a billiard table. Outside, there is a spacious gazebo with a table for 14 people, a barbecue area with a wood zone, a grass volley court, a bonfire area, a large swimming pool (16 x 7.3 meters) and a small hexagonal pool with a whirlpool. Table tennis, foosball and bicycles are also available.

THE RESIDENCE
Exclusive Residence composed of 4 villas immersed in the countryside of Salento. Each unit consists of a large kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom for a total of 4 + 1 beds. The Residence has a private pool (10 x 4.8 meters) shared by the 4 villas, table tennis, foosball and bicycles.
