The property has recently been renovated and includes three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious veranda/lounge. It is located just a few minutes from the center of San Vincenzo and the sea, which can also be reached through the bike path.

It is about 10 km from the Gulf of Baratti and 20 km from the port of Piombino, and Bolgheri and Massa Marittima are must-visit places.
