Our recently built B&B is situated in a panoramic position on the hill overlooking Fabriano, in its most exclusive area, just 800 meters from the historic city center. Its excellent location makes it particularly suitable for visiting the Fabrianese area, as well as the natural beauties that surround it, such as the Frasassi Caves (15 km), the Gola della Rossa Park (12 km), and the Monte Cucco Park (19 km).
