The B&B is located inside an ancient, elegant and noble building, built at the beginning of the twentieth century and certainly of Savoy-Piedmontese origin. The structure overlooks Viale dell'Università which, together with Viale Castro-Pretorio and Via XX Settembre, is one of the main orthogonal axes of the nineteenth-century street grid.

The building has preserved its original imprint: the large door is made of antique wood and gives access to the triumphal entrance characterized by a marble staircase; the facade is punctuated by openings with a sober frame and a smooth ashlar plinth.

A single floor separates the entrance of the building from that of the accommodation structure. To access it, you can use both the wide stairs and an antique twentieth-century iron and wood elevator, still in perfect condition.

The B&B has legal standard facilities, emergency lights with a safety exit indicator and a smoke detection system in every area.
