Piazza Statuto, 10 - COCCONATO (AT)
On top of a hill, around the ancient churches that are part of the Romanesque Circuit, Cocconato d'Asti, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, surprises the visitor with the red of brick and the brightness of sandstone. The streets of the town converge in the main square, filled with cafes and shops of gastronomic delights.

Here, in the heart of the old village, in an 18th-century mansion, stands the Locanda Martelletti. Franca Dezzani, who runs the charming bed and breakfast with her daughter Camilla, tells the story. Their home is an ideal starting point for exploring this region and its flavors.

Our rooms, all inspired by the family's wine and vineyards, are at your disposal for a short stopover or a stay in this corner of Piedmont, the ideal center for visiting Monferrato, Langhe, and Turin.

Open the window and breathe! Admire the view of the rooftops, hills, and mountains!
Enjoy breakfast in the garden!
End the evening stargazing with a good glass of wine and..

Welcome!
