The property is located in front of the Sant'Orsola Hospital just 100 meters from the main entrance. The Villa Negrisoli, Villa Torri clinics and the historic center are also within a few minutes' walk. Just outside the entrance door - under the portico - there is a pharmacy, a bar, a fruit and vegetable shop and a hairdresser. Bus stops to and from the city center are 50 meters away. There is a very convenient and large COOP supermarket 50 meters away where you can do your shopping.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator - accessible also for disabled people - and consists of two large double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a single room with private bathroom and a large common area with kitchen, fridge, table for lunches and breakfasts and a washing machine available to guests with relative racks to dry the washed laundry. For customers who want to be autonomous and independent, we have a large studio apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom and a separate entrance. A one and a half square bed allows a third person to stay in the studio. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with LCD TV and free WiFi.

Room cleaning is daily and takes place from 10am to 12pm. Linen change every 4 days or upon request (for a fee).

Among the new features of the new management, the comfortable automatic check-in system is noteworthy. You will enter with a simple ring of a call with your mobile phone without the use of traditional keys. This system will make you autonomous for your arrival at the property and can therefore take place at any time of the day, without unpleasant price increases for arrivals outside normal indications. Once inside, you will find the key to your room at the entrance in the wall keychain.

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure, to allow the service staff to prepare the room for the next guests.
