The Flo House is a small apartment in a very central location.

The choice of 60s details, the simple but welcoming taste, the love for full and contrasting colors and the presence of plants, a living part of the house, make the atmosphere vintage and unique.

A large double bed with a window overlooking the garden makes it perfect for a couple.

The bathroom is private and the kitchen has everything you need.

I do not personally offer the breakfast service but I always leave my guests a welcome offer to be used at any time of the day.

A small selection of carefully chosen films will brighten your stay.

The Flo House does not want to be just a home but also and above all a journey through time and into other worlds, an experience suspended between vintage, nature and imagined reality, which nobody better than cinema and art in general knows how to recreate.

It is the ideal home for those who want to visit Parma with an alternative view of the city.

The apartment is a few steps from the train station, which is only a ten-minute walk away but is also easily accessible by bus or taxi from the Verdi airport.

For those arriving by car, however, it is possible to park in the immediate vicinity, being able to choose between the blue lines of Piazzale Serventi or Via Kennedy (pay only during daylight hours, 6 euros for the whole day with a special ticket) and a parking lot guarded located in this last street (for a maximum cost of 10 euros and twenty cents per day).

The position of the Flo House is very central, in the heart of an ancient neighborhood located beyond the Parma stream, one of the most suggestive, picturesque and fascinating in the whole city.

The apartment literally overlooks the birthplace and museum of Arturo Toscanini, just 300 meters from the beautiful DUCAL PARK to walk in the countryside and immerse yourself in the history of Parma, just beyond the Pilotta Palace, the Farnese Theater and the National Gallery, the REGIO THEATER, the Steccata Church, the Duomo and the Baptistery, Garibaldi Square and the Governor's Palace, home to temporary exhibitions, all within a radius of 800 meters.

Within walking distance, the HOSPITAL and EFSA too.
