Our apartmentbell is a 3 room apartment, conveniently located in Via Gustavo Modena 12, Milano. It’s on the mezzanine level and faces into the courtyard of a house built at the turn of the last century.

It’s very easily reached both from Central Station with the no. 60 bus and from Linate Airport taking the no. 73 airport bus.

It’s a 3 room apartment of 90 ms which was completely renovated in 2018: a large living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower and a small toilet with wash hand basin. The apartment faces out onto a small private internal courtyard where you can find an old Persimmon tree and a Wisteria plant which create a charming feeling of old world Milan.

The second large double bedroom faces the street and has sound-proofed windows.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful and with its homely and welcoming layout it’s easy to relax away from the lively atmosphere of Milan.

The living room with 2 large windows has a sofa, flat screen tv, a table for 6 and the kitchen which has a cooking stove, an oven, fridge and dishwasher is fully equipped.

The apartment comes with air-conditioning and Wifi.

The area in which the apartment is situated is close to old Porta Venezia where you can find some beautiful Liberty buildings.

The area can boast of a myriad of services from shops, bars, eateries etc. and is perfectly served by trams, trains, buses and underground.

The supermarket Carrefour and a gym -Fit Active- are very conveniently located in the next building. The pharmacy is just in front of the house.

In Via Castelmorrone, 2 minutes on foot, you can find the bus stop where the no. 60 bus brings you to Central Station or to San Babila in the opposite direction.

In Viale Piave, 5 mins on foot from the apartment, you will find a street very amply served with bars and shops and close by, the well-known Piazza Risorgimento which offers some very note worthy restuarants (the well-known Sicilian restaurant run by the famous chef Filippo La Mantia, a Japanese restaurant – Noxomi, La Cantina di Manuela). There are several bars and confectionary shops and in addition, a variety of transportation available to bring you the short distance to Piazza San Babila, Duomo and Brera.

The metro stop, Palestro, is 10 minutes on foot from the apartment and from there you can reach Rho Fiera, the main venue for all the most important exhibitions, one for all the famous Design Week.

At Palestro, in Porta Venezia, you can visit The Montanelli Gardens, the 18th century Natural History Museum, The Planetarium and the famous shopping street, Corso Buenos Aires.

In the immediate neighbourhood you can find the Macedonio Melloni Clinic.

The railway station at Piazzale Dateo can be reached on foot in 8 minutes.
