Via Degli Ulivi, 1 - CASTELNUOVO MAGRA (SP)
The tourist village Ippotur is located in a century-old pine forest, 4 km from the sea, near the ancient village of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The agritourism presents itself to visitors as a Renaissance court. It covers an area of 140,000 m2 on the "Hills of the Sun", which take their name from the privileged position at the foot of the Apuan Alps, from which the view extends from the Magra valley to Viareggio and beyond.

The prolonged exposure to sunlight has favored, over the centuries, ancient agricultural settlements and terraces for olive groves and vineyards. Today our pine forest (a protected area of archeological interest) still preserves the traces of those ancestral dwellings, along with a rich variety of flora and fauna.

The restaurant and the Club House are renovated fortresses: the DonWivar restaurant was born from the restoration of the "Rocca Sir Orso", an ancient Renaissance fortress. The second building was originally a village entrance checkpoint, and over the centuries, it has been used for various purposes. For both, the dating goes back to the oldest cadastral maps.

The agritourism enjoys a unique geographical position: a strategic hub between Tuscany and Liguria, where within a radius of 30 km it is possible to visit tourist destinations of universal historical and landscape value. You can directly consult the "activities" that we propose to our customers.

The bungalows are made of masonry following the stylistic coherence of the original architectures, have 4 beds, are finished with extreme care and furnished with functionality and completeness criteria: kitchenette, bathroom, and living room with two beds on the ground floor and two more on the first floor.
