Our guest house is a real "Relax Guest House" located on the second floor of a recently renovated manor house, surrounded by a pine forest and surrounded by a large garden defined by some "botanical" customer because there are a thousand flowers and plants that populate it.

Located just 150 meters from the Policlinico Campus Biomedico of Rome, with an enviable location near many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, laundries, banks, post office and various shops.

It is just a few minutes from AS ROMA, from the EUR district, from the McArthurGlen Outlet of Castel Romano and from Cinecittà World, as well as from the Roman coast.

The apartment is on one level, with five bright rooms furnished in shabby Provencal style that can accommodate one to more guests, has large common areas for guests such as a living room, a dining room, a kitchen fully equipped.

Given the height of the structure that rises majestically on a hill, some rooms have a panoramic view of the Castelli Romani and private terrace. All rooms have private bathroom, hairdryer and courtesy set, heating and in addition heat pump heating - Cold, high-speed Wi-Fi internet and TV.

Every morning we offer free waffles of coffee, tea, tisane biscuits or brioches. Per all our customers is available free parking in the building, fully monitored video.

All rooms furnished in a unique shabby style are warm and comfortable, the attention to detail in everything and object makes this place magical, an oasis of peace and relaxation.
