We are located in the immediate vicinity of the Rizzoli Polyclinic in Bologna, just 600 meters away.

Our facility is surrounded by the greenery of the Giardini Margherita, ideal for short and long-term stays for family members of patients.

We offer a convenient shuttle service (public service line A) to the polyclinic every 10 minutes, with a stop just 30 meters from the residence. The journey from Via Castiglione to the polyclinic takes only 5 minutes.

For those who need to go to the Rizzoli Hospital, public service number 30 is available, which goes directly to the hospital in 5 minutes.

For guests who need to reach Villa Regina, the facility is only 200 meters away, reachable in ten minutes on foot or with shuttle line 30, which stops at only one stop for those who cannot walk.

Our rooms, located on the first floor and accessible by elevator, offer a welcoming environment with private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, TV, and equipped kitchen. We do not offer internet service and breakfast. Prices vary depending on the season, trade fairs, and conferences.
