The residence has just been renovated with all new furnishings including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, and heating. However, there is no internet available.

The residence is located on the first floor and there is no elevator. It is very close to the Villa Reggina clinic, the Rizzoli Hospital, and medical centers. It is also located in the historic center near the Margherita gardens.

The Villa Reggina clinic is a 10-minute walk away, while the Rizzoli Hospital is a 10-15 minute walk. The bus service #30 and shuttle A for the Villa Reggina medical center is only 50 meters away. It is a 500 meter walk to the city center for a leisurely stroll.
