The La Locanda della Talpa is an apartment in the heart of the Sassi of Matera with two separate entrances.

It is located in the center of the Sasso Barisano, above the renowned La Talpa restaurant, in an excellent position to reach all the cultural and tourist attractions of Matera.

The apartment consists of two rooms, which can be separated if desired, both arranged on two levels with a double bedroom on the upper level and an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is elegantly finished and equipped with every comfort: a living room, a desk area, a TV, a bedroom on the upper level, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, heating and air conditioning, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. On the lower level, there is a living room with two large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a spacious equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. On the upper level, there is a large bedroom with a bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with air conditioning. The other double bed is located on a mezzanine above the kitchen area.

Guests will receive breakfast pastries and pies prepared by the chefs of the La Talpa restaurant and can also enjoy a special half-board service with dinner.
