Sotto l'Ulivo" comes from the renovation of an old country house, in an area immersed in the green hills of the Marches just 1km from the Rocca Roveresca of Mondavio.

It consists of two large rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with private bathroom, wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. On the ground floor a room is used for continental breakfast, with homemade cakes and baked goods. On request international breakfast. There is also an equipped kitchen area available to guests.

At guests' disposal a swimming pool of 5. 50 meters with deck chairs and umbrellas.

The area offers several points of interest, such as medieval villages, such as Corinaldo or Mondolfo, the caves of Frasassi, the gorge of Furlo and the Renaissance Urbino.

The airport of Falconara is 33 km away, not far from the easily accessible beaches of Fano, Marotta, Senigallia.

Numerous events include the Summer Jamboree of Senigallia or the historical re-enactment of the Wild Boar Hunt at Mondavio.
