We are a friendly and welcoming B&B surrounded by greenery, close to Venice and Treviso, a few steps from the Piave River with the Dolomites and the sea of Caorle and Jesolo at your fingertips. You will find us in Fossalta di Piave, a countryside town on the right bank of the river loved by Hemingway, easily accessible thanks to the A4 motorway (exits S. Donà di Piave or Meolo) and the train station (Venice - Trieste), just 2 km away.

A short walk from our house you will find the bus stop that will take you directly to Marco Polo Airport in Tessera, Mestre, Venice, S. Donà di Piave or Treviso. Thanks to our strategic location, art cities, the Noventa di Piave Designer Outlet, the sea with Jesolo and Caorle, the Prosecco hills, and the Dolomites with Cortina are easily reachable.

The welcoming family-run structure is a country house that has 3 spacious and bright rooms where silence reigns supreme. The outdoor garden is the perfect place to relax on the available sun loungers or for children to have fun in the dedicated play area. During the warm season, we serve breakfast outside under the pergola with a wonderful view of the park. We also have various types of bicycles available for exciting excursions along the Piave river paths, as well as a small workshop with washing facilities for bicycles and motorcycles.
