100 sq metre (1. 080 Sq. Ft.) and 60 sq metre (646 sq. ft.) just renovated apartmens, the first one with a large terrace with tables and chairsand 3 rooms (bookable separately), one dining room with fully equipped kitchenette,, one computer room with printer, washing machine and dryer. Common area can be used by the guests of the apartments upstairs.

The second one with 2 rooms, and a common area with sofas, Smart TV, hot drink machine available 24 hours on 24, and a small kitchenette.

Room rates include coffee/cappuccino and croissant at the bar in the morning, room cleaning service and towels/bed sheets change every 4 days, luxury toiletries, superior towels and bed sheets, free fast WiFi connection, strong air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix channels, free and unlimited use of espresso/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine.
