The structure consists of three independent apartments exclusively for guests, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the second and third floor of a condominium with an elevator. Private parking is available upon reservation and subject to availability at a price of 5 euros per day.

The structure is located in a quiet residential area, not far from the historic center. It is well connected by public transport to all major points of interest in the city, such as the train station, highways, airport, trade fair center, VILLA LAURA HOSPITAL (400 meters), and SANT'ORSOLA/MALPIGHI POLYCLINIC.

All apartments have centralized heating with adjustable temperature control, free WiFi with fiber optic connection, LCD TV with digital terrestrial channels, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is available to our guests and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and a four-burner stove. There are also dishes, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine with capsules. A cot for children under 3 years old is available upon request.

The Mazzini and Felsinea apartments have an area of 60 square meters and consist of an entrance, an open-plan living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a large balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned and there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The Elena apartment has an area of 80 square meters and consists of a living room with a large balcony, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and two separate double bedrooms, with the option of choosing between a double bed or two single beds. The floors are parquet and there is a balcony.

The price is for the entire apartment for exclusive use and includes all utilities, bed linen, and bathroom set.
