Domus is located in San Donato Milanese, in the city center. It is a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained facility that offers three rooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room with TV.

The subway is easily accessible by bus, with the stop right outside the house. The IRCCS Polyclinic can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The IEO - European Institute of Oncology is a short distance away by car.

You will have access to the room you rent. The bathroom is shared.

Towels and bed linen will be changed every 7 days of your stay.

The kitchen is available for light meals. You will find everything you need to prepare breakfast. Please leave the kitchen tidy and clean. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins on the balcony. You can smoke on the balconies (please use the ashtrays).

In the bathroom, there is a washing machine and clothesline. You can use your own detergent or use what we provide for a small contribution.

The two double rooms and the living room are air-conditioned. You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom, free internet access and Wi-Fi, a cot or extra beds (to be requested at the time of booking), a comfortable sofa, and a TV in the common area.

Our facility is the ideal location for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business and medical trips, and for a vacation in a peaceful environment.

Your four-legged friends are also welcome, as long as they are socialized and controlled.

Thanks to its location, our facility is excellently connected through the nearby highways A1 Tangenziale Ovest, Tangenziale Est, A51 Paullese, A51 San Donato, A1, A1 Civesio Sesto Ulteriano. It is also connected to the Yellow Line of the Metro to the city of Milan, a quarter of an hour from the Duomo. With the same line, you can easily reach the Central Station and the shopping streets of Milan.
