The small house in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure is surrounded by olive trees, completely independent and recently built in a private and secluded area.

The town center and the beach are within walking distance, only 200 meters away, along with all the necessary services, including the bus.

The accommodation offers tranquility, nature, and at the same time, the convenience of being close to the town center, making it an ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the Portofino Park.

The house can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed + 2 singles). Additionally, a camping cot for infants is available (bedding not provided). Bed linen, bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price, with a change of linen every 7 days. Upon arrival, you will find your beds already made.

Guests have access to a large outdoor space surrounded by greenery, in a private and fully fenced area, ideal for children. There is a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower with hot water (in summer), a barbecue, a large outdoor table, and parking space for 4 cars within the property. Privacy is guaranteed.

I give space to my guests, but I am available whenever they need assistance. I highly respect their privacy, but I am ready to meet any needs. The Bozzo-Iarlori family lives in another structure within the private area.

Other things to note: Our town is a well-known seaside tourist destination on the way to Portofino in the regional park of Portofino and the homonymous protected marine area. Here, you can practice various sports and water activities, as well as enjoy beautiful walks in nature with breathtaking views and diving in stunning depths.

The San Siro neighborhood is 200 meters away from the house. It offers 2 excellent restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a bakery, supermarkets, a tobacco shop, and a bus stop next to the Catholic church square. On Friday mornings, there is a weekly market. Bike sharing service is available 3 minutes away from the house in Piazza San Siro.

Getting around: The bus stop for nearby destinations such as Portofino, Rapallo, and the train station is 200 meters away from the house.

Our parking lot next to the house is free for our guests.

You can reach the house from Genoa airport by taking the train from Ge-Principe train station, which can be reached by taxi or bus, and get off at Santa Margherita Ligure - Portofino or Rapallo train station. We will pick you up at the train station with our car. If you are traveling by car, take the A21 Milano-Genova highway from Milan. From Genoa, take the A12 Genova-Livorno highway and exit at Rapallo, heading towards Santa Margherita Ligure (3 km).
