Less than 1, 5 km from our B&B lies the famous Outlet "The Mall", one of the most important shopping centers of the world of its kind.
Despite the proximity to The Mall, the property is completely sheltered from commercial flows, noise and traffic ensuring guests a total relaxed and quiet stay.

Location
The B&B lies in a perfect geographical context for a multi-experience holiday.
We are in the Florentine Chianti area, ideal to make delicious food and wine tours and discover ancient local traditions.
Our B&B is also recommended for a cultural holiday. It can be used as a strategic base for visiting all the most famous Tuscan cities of art. Florence is around the corner but Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo and many other small medieval villages can also be reached in less than an hour.
Finally, those who love nature and silence will find a real paradise to make wonderful walks on foot or on horseback, as well as mountain biking.
In the immediate proximity lies the protected natural area of Sant'Antonio Forest and in about one hour you can reach the famous Poppi Zoo, a delight for the children but for the parents as well.

Property features
The B&B is located in a completely fenced area, accessible only to the guests.
The property is composed of a main building where there are four bedrooms with private bathroom, a lounge and a breakfast room. Next to the main building there are two wonderful Villas. The first has a private garden and consists of a large living area, a kitchen, a laundry room and three bedrooms with bathroom. The second has a private terrace and consists of a very large living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside the three buildings there is a large garden, a barbecue area, a fenced swimming pool and a private parking. The WiFi network is free and the signal radiates throughout the property.

Rooms
The B&B offers ideal accommodations for romantic couple stays, family vacations or even business trips. Our rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, mirror and luggage rack. Towels and linen are changed every two days or on request.
Up to 25 guests can stay with us in the following accommodations:
- 1 "King Deluxe" room that can accommodate up to 3 adults and a little child.
- 1 "Deluxe" room that can accommodate up to 3 adults and a little child.
- 1 "Superior" room that can accommodate up to 2 adults and a little child.
- 1 "Queen" room that can accommodate up to 2 people.
- 1 Villa with a very large living area, a large fully equipped kitchen with a wood oven, two bedrooms (of which one double convertible into a triple and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. This accommodation is ideal for a family of 4-5 people.
- 1 Villa with large living area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and three double bedrooms with bathroom that can be transformed into triple bedrooms. This accommodation is ideal for a group of 9 people or three families of 3 people each.
