The area is extremely peaceful, and just a few dozen meters away, you'll find the Valtellina trail, perfect for walking and biking along the banks of the Adda River. Nearby, you can enjoy horseback riding, quad biking, rafting, skiing, and more.

Within 500 meters, you'll discover the Tresenda/Aprica/Teglio train station and the bus stop. From there, you can easily reach the main destinations in Valtellina, such as Sondrio, Bormio, and Tirano, and you can catch the Bernina Red Train, which takes you all the way to St. Moritz.
