The structure is located 100 meters from the Nigrisoli Hospital and in front of the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic. At 50 meters there is Piazza di Porta San Vitale, the access point to the Historic Center of Bologna and the university area.

At 200 meters is the Villa Torri Hospital.

This is a small non-hotel business, family-run, organized to provide accommodation primarily to people staying in Bologna for medical assistance and treatment due to its close proximity to the facilities.
