The property is located in Gorla Minore, near the A8 motorway, at the Busto Arsizio exit, from which you can easily reach the new exhibition center (Malpensa Fiera, Fiera Rho/Pero, EXPO) in just 15 minutes. On the ground floor of the villa there is a porch that gives access to a large room where breakfast is served, equipped with satellite TV and a sofa.

Adjacent to the kitchen overlooking the lovely internal garden with barbecue and summer terrace/solarium.

Finally, the first bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of 3 rooms:
1 double room with a large balcony overlooking the main garden.

1 twin room with single beds.

1 double room with a French bed.

Both of the latter rooms overlook the back of the villa.

The second bathroom has a bathtub.

Private parking in the villa's garden, upon request.
