A Casa di Monica is located in a quiet residential area, near a park, the bus stop and a few minutes drive from the historic center of Olbia, the port, the airport and the hospital.

All rooms are air-conditioned and with free internet.

The B&B, which is spread over 2 floors, has three bedrooms:
1st floor is the SALVIA ROOM with fridge and bathroom in the room, the living room and the terrace.

2nd floor there are the bedrooms:
- FAMILY ROOM consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with the possibility of dividing the beds into 2 singles with an external bathroom next to the rooms.

- QUADUPLE SUITE ROOM with the possibility of adding a fifth bed and / or camping cot and private bathroom in the room.

All equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, electric kettle with tea bags and instant coffee.

For long periods, linen and towels will be changed every three / four days, while cleaning is daily.

In the bathrooms you will find hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

A rich breakfast buffet, both sweet and savory, also for celiacs and vegans, is served either on the balcony outside the living room or in the living room.

A fridge is available for guests.

The structure A Casa di Monica is located in a quiet residential area at 3 km. both from the port and from the airport of Olbia. and 2 km from the hospital.

At 300 meters from the hotel there is a Pizzeria, a mini market and a bar.

Small pets are accepted, they pay € 10 total for cleaning costs.

At 100 meters. there is the bus stop that leads to the most beautiful beaches of the city, there is a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor.

To the north the beaches of Pittulongu, Bados etc., to the south Porto Istana, Marina Maria and the Saline (both these latter beaches are ideal for wind surfing), Capo Coda Cavallo, Porto Taverna, Porto Finanza and San Teodoro.

15 km away is San Paolo, a town overlooking the marine protected area of ??Tavolara, reachable only by boat or by hiring a rubber dinghy.

Leaving Olbia towards Loiri for 5 km, you can visit the castle of Pedres and the tombs of the giants.

From Olbia it is easy to reach Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondo, Arzachena and the town of San Pantaleo famous for being set among the granite peaks to look like a Far West landscape with the Thursday morning market (from 9 to 13) with stalls of typical products, clothing and crafts.

From Palau the archipelago of Maddalena and Caprera can be reached with a short ferry ride or by renting rubber dinghies or tourist boats.
