Set in an old, quiet street behind the Church of San Giacomo, La Maison de Annette offers the possibility to stay in the heart of the city where history, art, culture and traditions meet. In fact, thanks to its favorable location you can easily reach all the main monuments:
-The Castle: home of the emperor Federico II of Svevia;
-Pinacoteca De Nittis (located inside the Castle);
-The Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore;
La Maison de Annette is a holiday home completely restored, located on the second floor of a building of 1900.
On two levels, connected by a comfortable staircase, La Maison de Annette features exposed wood beams and a furnishing rustic and modern.
The first level consists of a very bright bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and LCD TV.
The kitchen area / living room is spacious and fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, LCD TV, air conditioning and everything you need for your home. There is a large balcony with electric sunshade tent and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
The second level, on the other hand is on the first floor of the building and consists of a bright room with a bunk bed with possibility of adding a third, TV, air conditioning and bathroom with shower.
La Maison de Annette is self heating, equipped with mosquito nets and security cameras, and is also provided with another entrance door.
Guests have access to the entire apartment with its two entrances. Our customers will find:
- Bed linen and towels;
- Hair straighteners and hair dryer;
- Iron & Ironing Board;
- Fully equipped kitchen.
Monday to friday Check-In: 18. 00 - Check-Out whenever you want
Saturday and Sunday: To be agreed with the owner.
We invite our guests to communicate their arrival time to ensure the best possible welcome.
