The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in downtown. More exactly in the street Petrarca, the main road side of the Republic, ancient Via Emilia. The building was house and property of Francesco Petrarca (1304-1374), father of the Italian language along with Dante, but despite this the apartment takes its name from Correggio (1489-1534) which is right next to the entrance.
On entering the living area where we find kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining table, sofa and a small corner fireplace. Following the dining / living room with double bed, dresser, closet and sofa bed which breaks down into two single beds. The same sofa pound is necessary also in the living room.
The floors are parquet except kitchen and bathroom while the ceiling is sometimes.
