Children's play area
The garden of the villa is enriched with a beautiful children's play area, equipped with a tree house, 2 swings, one of which is adaptable to different ages, a house with a door and windows, a slide, and a table with small colorful chairs to play with their children. The garden borders with other green areas and is a safe place for children to run around.

"Solarium" area
The garden of the villa is equipped with various pergolas with armchairs and sofas to relax, and a "solarium" area where our kind guests can sunbathe on deck chairs, typical of the Romagna beaches, with an aluminum structure and a comfortable and resistant cover; the deck chairs are free and come with headrests and parasols. Given the numerous green areas of the property, guests can choose where to sunbathe.

The garden's essences
The B&B "Alba sul mare" has a large garden enriched with numerous essences including fruit trees, olive trees (almost 200 plants), flowers, and various shrubs. Among the trees, there are pear, fig, vine, pomegranate, almond, hazelnut, orange, jujube, apple, cherry, apricot, lemon, plum, persimmon, olive, walnut, and oak; the garden is also rich in flowers and shrubs including hydrangeas, oleanders, jasmine, and a real rock garden with beautiful and unique plants. Walking in our garden is like walking in an open-air botanical garden.

"Palmerino" room
The "Palmerino" room is equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe, double bed, and bedside tables with bedside lamps. The room is served by free WI-FI internet and a large en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, hairdryer, and shower cubicle.

"Gaia" room
The "Gaia" room is equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe with mirror, bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a safe box that each guest can personalize with their own secret code. The room is served by free WI-FI internet and a spacious external bathroom with a sink, toilet, hairdryer, and shower cubicle with several vertical jets. In this room, there is the possibility to add a bed and/or crib.

"Michele" room
The "Michele" room is equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe with mirror, bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a safe box that each guest can personalize with their own secret code. The room is served by free WI-FI internet and a spacious bathroom, which can be accessed from a small internal hallway in the room, with a sink, toilet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. In this room, there is the possibility to add a bed and/or crib.

"Leonardo" room
The "Leonardo" room is a large room, equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe with mirror, bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a safe box that each guest can personalize with their own secret code. The room is served by free WI-FI internet and a spacious bathroom, which can be accessed directly from inside the room, with a sink, toilet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. In this room, there is the possibility to add up to 2 beds and/or a crib. The room also has a large balcony with a sea view.

"Palmerino" room
The "Palmerino" room is equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and a small table with a chair. The room is served by free WI-FI internet and a spacious bathroom, which can be accessed from inside the room, with a sink, toilet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. In this room, there is the possibility to add a crib.

The garden porch and the sea view balcony
Guests of the B&B "Alba sul mare" can spend pleasant moments in the relaxing porch, made with a wooden structure and equipped with chairs and small tables, located at the entrance of the villa, which overlooks the external garden and the children's play area; another enchanting place is the sea view balcony in the lounge, perfect for having breakfast or enjoying beautiful images of the sunrise over the sea and for spending romantic evenings watching the stars and fireworks during the frequent tourist events on the Riviera.

The lounge, fireplace, and kitchen
The villa has a splendid lounge, with a ceiling adorned with wooden beams and a large sea view balcony; the lounge consists of numerous tables and chairs, an elegant fireplace, and an antique-style furniture supporting a LED TV. The environment is enriched with a rustic-style kitchen, equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob, toaster, and microwave, available to our kind guests.

Breakfast
The villa has several "common areas" where guests can choose to have breakfast; they can either enjoy it in the lounge or, on a beautiful day, in the porch overlooking the garden or directly outside the building. It is customary to agree with our esteemed guests on the preferred breakfast time and their culinary habits in order to satisfy every type of need.
