Our guest house is a true haven of relaxation located on the first floor of a recently renovated elegant villa. It is surrounded by the greenery of a pine forest and surrounded by a large garden, defined by our guests as "botanical" because of the thousand flowers and plants that adorn it.

Our structure, immersed in nature, is the ideal place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home. It is also perfect for conferences and business stays, as well as for those seeking peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the noise of the city.

We are located just 150 meters from the Policlinico Campus Biomedico of Rome, in an enviable position close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, laundries, banks, post office, and all kinds of shops.

We are just a few minutes away from AS ROMA, the EUR district, the McArthurGlen Outlet of Castel Romano, and Cinecittà World, as well as the Roman coast. Our apartment is spread over a single level and has six bright rooms, furnished in a shabby Provencal style, capable of accommodating one or more guests.

The apartment offers spacious communal areas for guests, such as a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large panoramic terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation and refreshment. Thanks to its hilltop location, all rooms enjoy panoramic views of the Castelli Romani and have a private equipped terrace.

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a window, hairdryer, and toiletry set, as well as thermal heating and air conditioning with hot-cold heat pump. We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and TV in every room.

Every morning we offer free coffee pods, tea, herbal teas, biscuits, or croissants. Furthermore, we provide our customers with free parking inside the property, completely monitored by cameras.
