- The owner is properly informed and trained regarding the appropriate actions to take in case a person inside the accommodation displays fever and respiratory infection symptoms.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND COMMON AREAS:
- Compliance with interpersonal distancing and other measures and instructions from authorities is facilitated by informative signs.
- Guests will have access to a hand sanitizer station.
- Common areas, floors, furniture, and all elements repeatedly touched by guests (handles, buttons, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized once a day.
- Accommodations, along with their respective keys, are sanitized and cleaned before welcoming a new guest.
- Disposable mattress covers and pillowcases will be used.
