The farmhouse has ample parking that can also accommodate groups by bus, it is located along the Lucca wine and oil road, Montecarlo, and Versilia, close to riding stables, tennis courts, golf courses, natural parks, just over an hour from the Apennine mountains where you can practice skiing and winter sports, you can follow trekking and cycling routes immersed in nature, close to the city of Viareggio and Versilia, with their bathing facilities and just ten minutes from the thermal baths and wellness centers of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, and 5 km from Collodi and the Pinocchio park.
