Our B&B is located in a completely renovated 1932 house, just 10 minutes from the city center and 2 minutes from the Maggiore Hospital and the Piccole Figlie Hospital.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette. The furnishings are warm and the colors are designed to help you relax during your stay. Our establishment offers all the comforts of a small home where you can relax or work without being disturbed.

For those in need of temporary accommodation, we offer weekly rates for a minimum of one week up to one month. We also have reserved on-site parking exclusively for our guests.

Tourist tax is included in the prices. You have the freedom to enter and exit at any time during your stay.

The check-in time must always be agreed upon with the owners and, in any case, no later than 9: 00 PM (unless otherwise arranged).
