These welcoming holiday homes are located in an ex benedictine nunnery of the XIII century right in the historic centre of Spello. A private courtyard with rennaissance ornaments is leading you to the "rooms of the abbess", a one bedroom apartment, as well as to the ex belltower, today the two-bedroom-accomodation "L'Antico Campanile".

On the outside, beneath an ancient portico, a space is reserved for teh Badessa's guests, inviting to relaxing moments of literature or maybe a romantic dinner for two.

The modern furnished apartment features a livingroom with kitchen, offering a sofa, flat satellite tv, dvd and a dining area, the well equipped kitchen offers you a dishwasher, stoves and oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maschine and electric kettle.

The light bedroom is furnished with a queen size double bed, large wardrobe and working desk as well as a bathroom en suite. A shower with rainshower head, essentials and a hairdryer are adding to your comfort!
All the rooms of our accomodations have big windows with flyscreens and offer a view either to the silent courtyard or a private alley.

There's AC and free powerful WIFI perfectly working in the whole property.

The belltower apartment is offering the same services and comforts, hosting two bedrooms with queen size double beds as well as a sofabed in the livingroom, so that the apartment can easily host up to five people.

In addition to the Badessa's comforts, this holiday home is offering you a romantic fireplace during winter months, while during the good season its roof top terraces will leave you breathless with its stunning views over the tipical hilly umbrian countryside.

With the apartments comes a laundry, located in a separeé out in the courtyard.

Public free parking is located close to the house.

Weekly change of bedlinen and towels and weekly cleaning is included in the cost.
