From the B&B, you can easily reach every point of interest in the city, the center of Rome, Fabia Mater Clinic, La Sapienza University, Umberto I Hospital, St. Peter's Basilica, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Basilica of St. John Lateran, etc., taking advantage of the convenience of public transport stops right outside the house, such as trams, buses, and Metro C.

The B&B is easily accessible for those arriving in Rome from Termini Station and Tiburtina Station, as well as for those arriving at Fiumicino or Ciampino airports, and also by car.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, welcoming and comfortable, ideal for those traveling for vacation or business, equipped with the best services, including free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, air conditioning, and heating.

The B&B is an apartment consisting of a dining room and three large, bright rooms with double beds (with the option to choose between a double bed or two separate or single beds) for a total of six beds, with the possibility of adding an additional bed.

The rooms are furnished with the same style but each has its own characteristic.

Two rooms have a bathroom with a shower inside the room, and one has an adjacent external bathroom. The apartment has been recently renovated.

In our B&B, you can enjoy maximum freedom because along with the keys to the room, we will also provide you with the keys to the entrance, allowing our guests to be completely autonomous and independent.

A rich Italian breakfast will be offered, included in the price.
