The structure enjoys exceptional accessibility and convenience for those who intend to go to Fieramilano, both by car and by public transport.

Our B&B is located in a quiet area, inside a lovely villa (recently renovated), with a garden where a friendly little dog cohabitates.

In the air-conditioned rooms, our guests will find a hairdryer, internet connection, a child's bed (to be requested at the time of booking), mirror, and luggage rack.

Two rooms are available for guests:
1 double room with shared bathroom
Bathroom with window consisting of toilet, bidet, sink, shower (shower tray 170x80), hairdryer, soap, towels.

1 room with two single beds or a double bed with private bathroom.

Blind bathroom with extraction fan consisting of sink, toilet, shower (shower tray 100x80), hairdryer, and towels.

The room is equipped with a mini fridge and a bar area where the necessary items to prepare coffee and tea are located.

Breakfast is served in the kitchen.

The rich and varied personalized breakfast is served with excellent espresso, cappuccino, milk, various teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, fruit juices, brioches, jams, Nutella, rusks, biscuits, cereals, fruit, yogurt (a well-stocked buffet is available to guests).

Freshly baked cakes and bread, quality products are served in the cozy breakfast room. Upon request, a savory breakfast is available (cold cuts, cheeses, etc.)
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with attentive and well-cared-for service. You will enjoy your independence with all the comforts that will make you feel at home.

The owners live in the apartment below and are always available to meet the guests' needs.

The house has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes, offering simple yet very comfortable furnishings, and is quiet and bright. It also has a garden.

Within a five-minute drive, there is a supermarket open until 9:00 pm, and just a short walk away is the city center, where you can find all kinds of services: shops, pharmacies, restaurants and pubs, banks, churches, gyms, etc. A public parking lot is also located nearby.

Shuttle service to the Rho FF. SS. station is available upon request.

Close (within a 5/10-minute walk) to a public transportation stop.

Thanks to its excellent connection to public transport, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the area even without a car. It is conveniently served by public transport: train and bus lines.

It is only a 10-minute drive from Fiera Milano rho.

Three kilometers away is the Rho train station, from which a shuttle departs every 10 minutes, reaching the exhibition halls in just 15 minutes.

The suburban railway (two train stops, 8 minutes) also quickly leads to Fiera Milano Rho, which is connected to the red subway line.

Easy road connection with the Milan ring road and highways in general.

The structure is in the immediate vicinity of the highway exits of A4, A7, A8, A1, A9, and the main east and west ring roads. It is therefore easily accessible from Linate and Malpensa airports.

Therefore, it is the ideal accommodation for exhibitors and visitors who want to easily and quickly reach the new Rho Fiera.
