Via Francesco Sivori, 35 - ROMA (RM)
In our B&B Ad Maiora for the safety of our guests and staff we apply the current anti-Covid-19 legislation:
- at check-in, body temperature measurement for guests who must already wear a mask;
- intensification of security measures via certified devices;
- daily sanitation and sanitization of all areas (common and private);
- restriction on the use of common areas including the breakfast area.

For this reason breakfast cannot be eaten in our B&B and the price of the room does not include this service.

The Bed and Breakfast is very close to the subway station Cipro. From here you can get to Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Basilica by foot.

Our B&B is designed to make our guests’ stay exciting, enjoyable and restful: tourists, professionals, families that love travelling and prefer the home heart for their rests.

Designed and made for a comfortable stay in Rome, the "Rooms ROMA", (double / single), are tastefully decorated and finished to the smallest detail, will give you the feeling of being inside the Roman Forum (Foro Romano room) or be lulled by blond Tiber (Tevere room).

We speak Italian and English.

We are a family-run business so the reception is not open round the clock, but we are always available for any information or need.

The B&B is located at the first floor of a graceful and peaceful building with lift, in the centre of Rome (Prati-Vaticano area), a strategic point for the ones who want to visit Rome but also for the ones who stay not only for tourism.

From the B&B you can easily get to: Rai, theatres, Auditorium della Musica, courthouses, Corte dei Conti, Universities, Hospitals, Stadiums, Museums, Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo (for shopping), St. Peter Basilica and, through Via della Conciliazione, Castel St. Angelo.

Crossing St. Angelo bridge you get to the Old Town Rome: Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, Largo Argentina, Pantheon, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia with the Majestic Vittoriano, Campidoglio, Colosseum.

In a few minutes you can get to the two most important historic villas with their public parks: Villa Doria Pamphilj, by bus n. 31 from Cipro; Villa Borghese by subway from Cipro.

The Prati area is characterized by large and regular roads, elegant buildings in umbertino style and Art Nouveau buildings.

The neighborhood, very quiet, offers all the services: shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, pharmacies, cinema, theatres.
