The house is recently built and is located on a spacious plot surrounded by an orchard with various varieties of fruit trees, especially figs, a well-maintained vegetable garden, and a Mediterranean garden, all ideal for long stays.

Rooms are furnished in Sardinian style with private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and ample space for sports equipment (bicycles, kayaks, windsurfing, etc.). The B&B has recently been inaugurated.
