The idea of creating a structure that adapts to the needs of all travelers was born from the children of Lucio and Giuliana, travelers for work, passion, and vocation.

The B&B At Lucio and Giuliana's House is located in a particularly quiet area of ​​Pineto, a small but characteristic village on the Adriatic coast, a few steps from the sea and close to a small but characteristic park. The B&B offers its guests 4 elegantly furnished and welcoming rooms, comfortable and spacious with independent access, wooden floors, air conditioning, balconies, wifi, LED TV, private bathroom, hairdryer (on request), linen, and personal hygiene products.

Cleaning and tidying of the rooms are carried out every 2 days with towel change, and bed linen change is done every 7 days. Every morning we will be happy to welcome you in our living room for a sweet breakfast with fresh and homemade products.

There is a small library available where you can "borrow" all the books you want.

All guests have the opportunity to use the 4 bicycles available for pleasant walks along the wonderful Pinewood or a section of the Adriatic Cycle Path, which is undoubtedly very suggestive as it runs along a beautiful stretch of Adriatic beach.

To give everyone the opportunity to use the bicycles, we recommend a very responsible use of care and time.

Guests can safely leave their luggage in custody, we will take care of it.

The spaciousness of the house and the particular location of the rooms favor privacy and tranquility for guests.

During the stay, access to the B&B is allowed at any time, even at night.
