Please read carefully the following warnings regarding breakfast and the means of transportation you will use to arrive by us.

Fastinn guarantees a pleasant stay in the city center, in the historic Navigli area full of meeting places, artist and fashion studios, all kinds of shops and high, medium and even bistro level restaurants, brunch points and pizzerias.

Next to us is the citadel of the Luigi Bocconi University, the flagship of Confindustria for the preparation of future commercial and legal managers, with new futuristic buildings that also include a wonderful swimming pool open to the public (elite...).

The Duomo and the historical center of the city, which contrary to what is often believed is very small, can be reached on foot, as well as the Gaetano Pini Orthopedic Center, the Capitanio Clinic and the Policlinico. IEO and Humanitas, FIERAMILANO CITY and RHO FIERA MILANO are reachable by public transport.

Fastinn B&B is located in a period building (first floor, no elevator), overlooking the park of the characteristic Ticinese - Bocconi - Navigli area. It is a central, quiet and well-attended area, also safe at night thanks to the presence next to us of the State Police Station and the Local Police District.

The few rooms are furnished with care and elegance, with blue or ecru velvet curtains and Flanders cotton bed linen, and each has its own private bathroom with bidet and shower.

BREAKFAST
In this period of confused global health, we prefer NOT TO SERVE THE BREAKFAST IN OUR BREAKFAST ROOM as usual; HOWEVER, IN EVERY ROOM THERE IS A BREAKFAST STATION AVAILABLE FOR YOU with an electric coffee maker and kettle, doses of ground coffee and coffee sachets, single-portion milk, sugar and water. All accompanied by tea and herbal tea sachets. The possibility of preparing breakfast is completed by sealed single-portion packages of biscuits, brioches, cakes, rusks, jams and savory snacks.

IMPORTANT WARNING:
WE DISCOURAGE ARRIVING BY CAR
Being in the city center area (although outside the Area C where is necessary to pay to enter in, but inside the Area B with entrance restrictions for the most polluting vehicles), please note that it is practically impossible to find parking on the street.

However, there are some nearby private paid parking lots: the MEDA SAN GOTTARDO PARKING H24 in Via Giuseppe Meda 8 and the GARAGE SAN GOTTARDO H24 in Via Pomponazzi 7, whose unique phone number to try to book a parking space in one or the other can be found on the internet, and a third in Via Gentilino between nr. 5 and 7, which at the moment does not have a phone number to be contacted.

A little further away is the paid parking lot of the Bocconi University and the one in Via Vittadini.

Periods in which the activity is suspended.

Fastinn Home, in compliance with the typical discontinuity of family-run Bed and Breakfasts, suspends overnight and breakfast activity in some periods of the year, generally the first 10 days of January, in some spring periods, from mid-June to the end of August, some days in autumn and from mid-December to the 31st.
