We run our vacation rentals as a family, offering high standards of accuracy, punctuality and cleanliness, as evidenced by the reviews we receive.

We offer three separate apartments on the same block, equivalent in size, finishes and equipment.

Each apartment can accommodate 5 people and consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony.

Our Holiday Homes are located in the Appio-Latino district, next to the beautiful Caffarella Park, part of the great Appia Antica Archaeological Park, visited and appreciated for the Catacombs of St. Sebastian and St. Callisto and for its evocative glimpses among the ruins of the famous Via Appia Antica. The Basilica of San Giovanni and the Archaeological area of the Circus Maximus can also be reached on foot with a walk of 25 and 30 minutes respectively.

The Appio-Latino district is lively, central, safe, and full of typical clubs, stores, and boutiques. The 'COLLI ALBANI' stop of the 'Metro A', the most touristy subway line, is a 2 or 3-minute walk away, no more.

So you will quickly reach all the other sights of Rome, from the Colosseum to the Vatican, from the Spanish Steps to the Trevi Fountain, from San Giovanni (6 minutes) to Villa Borghese. You will experience Rome from a privileged location.

On arrival you will receive information to reduce the cost for museums.
