The property is 10 km away from downtown Olbia as well as airport and port which can be all reached also by public transport (Bus stop is at walking distance from the house). Bus can be used also to reach the various beaches in the area.

Pittulongu is just 15 km away from Porto Rotondo and 30 km away from the world-known Costa Smeralda.
