The B&B Fontebella is an ancient farmhouse surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region, recently renovated while maintaining its original features.

The property is located just a few steps from the center of Montemarciano, a small village that is 3 km away from the sea, 13 km from Senigallia, a city famous for its Velvet Beach, and only 20 minutes from the Conero Riviera. This location allows you to combine a relaxing beach vacation with excursions to art cities, old wineries with tastings of fine wines, medieval villages, and pleasant walks along the natural trails in the area, either on foot or with the bicycles available for free to all our guests.

The house is surrounded by a 4,000-square-meter fenced garden, adjacent to fields cultivated with wheat and sunflowers, from which you can admire the splendid panorama of the Marche hills, with a view that extends from the sea to the crest of the Sibillini Mountains.

Our property has three independent rooms, simply and functionally furnished, with all the necessary comforts to enjoy a pleasant stay. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, television, a large panoramic balcony, a double bed, and, depending on the needs, there is the possibility of adding a single bed. In addition, the property also has apartments with 4/6 beds.

The B&B also offers free sun loungers, sunbeds, and a barbecue area, with tables and chairs to fully enjoy the spacious garden.

Breakfast, according to the Covid19 regulations, will be served on the outdoor terrace with a splendid view of the pool and the surrounding panorama, or under the patio in specific spaces for each room, maintaining the required distancing.
