Mamma Loretta, together with dad Maurizio and children Chiara, Elisa, and Michele, are delighted to welcome guests into their home and are happy to share their passion for skiing, trekking, and biking.

The house has private parking and a secure storage room where guests can leave bicycles, skis, and other necessary items for their stay. In case of need, guests can also use the available equipment for minor repairs. Bike enthusiasts are provided with a portion of the garage for overnight motorcycle parking.

The breakfast menu and schedule will be arranged upon arrival. During the summer, breakfast can be served outside under the portico, while in winter it is served in the tavern.

Respect for the environment and energy saving were central themes in the design of the house. The building is equipped with a photovoltaic system, wall-mounted radiant heating, central vacuum, rainwater recovery, and home automation.

The building is located in a quiet and central position in relation to many places of interest in Carnia. Just to give you an idea, it is only 25 minutes from the ski slopes of Zoncolan, 5 minutes from Tolmezzo and the hospital, 5 minutes from the archaeological excavations of Zuglio, 8 minutes from the Terme di Arta, 20 minutes from Lake dei Tre Comuni, and 20 minutes from the Great War Museum in Timau.

The recent construction of a cycle path allows walkers and cyclists to reach many places in Carnia safely and peacefully. Furthermore, upon reservation, Maurizio will be delighted to accompany guests in discovering the fantastic mountain bike trails traced along the Carnic Alps, crossing pristine landscapes with breathtaking views. Possibility of on-site rental of 2 e-bikes.
