Our newly renovated Bed and Breakfast offers private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, TV, and high-quality furnishings. It is located at Via Rino Pancaldi, 5/B, just 100 meters from hospital centers and care homes such as Sant'Orsola Malpighi Hospital, Villa Torri, and Villa Negrisoli.

Please specify in your request if you require medical services and which hospital. If medical services are not required, please specify the desired area.

Our staff is available to make your stay as pleasant as possible, whether you are accompanying your loved ones at a hospital facility or if you are a patient awaiting admission.

We offer a free transportation service for disabled individuals, including the use of wheelchairs. This service can be scheduled and booked upon room availability request. It allows for transportation from the train station or airport to the Bed & Breakfast, as well as transportation from the hospital or care facility to the Bed & Breakfast.

We are very close to the large Fico Food Center, which can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

Prices vary depending on city events, such as fairs, etc., and depending on the high or low season.

We do not offer breakfast service and we do not have internet available.
