Via Vincenzo Bellini, 29 - ORISTANO (OR)
The 'Iris Guest House’ is a modern building, completed in 2012, which has six open- space units each of 30 square meters furnished with a love for art and design.

Each unit has a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Two have a terrace and two have balconies. They are accessible by a staircase and an elevator.

The Iris Guest house is located in a quiet, central location, a few steps from Piazza Roma with the Tower of Mariano II dating back to 1290. In front you will easily find free parking for your car or your bike and you can sleep soundly because Oristano is the safest city in Italy!
The Iris Guest House is built in accordance with energy-saving criteria and has a photovoltaic system and a solar power one as well. The windows are all double or triple glazed.

Breakfast is offered in the nearby pastry shop "Azzurro".

For art lovers, the Iris Guest House exhibits works of art by local artists that can be purchased by contacting the author.

It is also a PET FRIENDLY structure. Being sensitive to the problems of travelling with dogs we reserve the lilac room for all those who love to holiday with their four-legged friend. On the terrace you will find a comfortable and clean midsized doghouse, a bowl for water and one for food. Naturally pet owners are asked to respect the regulations.
