Historical residence of Sicilian charm of 1700 with rooms and apartments furnished in period style Sicilian, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and citrus orchards in the fascinating area of Victoria, famous for its wines and the Art Nouveau style, just 5 minutes from the beaches of Scoglitti, the popular seaside resort in the province of Ragusa.

Environments
The majestic entrance (150 sqm), an ancient oil-mill, keeps pieces and antiques collections of rare workmanship, Persian carpets, a valuable collection of plows, the bells decorated, a magnificent library of ancient texts for guest use, a relaxation area with fireplace and a large table 900 where we serve breakfast with local produce and organic assolutamnete.

Also the main entrance, you can go to a different environment that characterizes the house: the Palmento. Here you will find a big press of the early '900 where you squeezed the skins of the grape harvest and 4 tanks used for the storage of objects of Sicilian peasant life of the past, as well as a wine cellar dating.

The Rooms
Rooms with treatment in B&B are decorated with tiled floors and ceramics of Caltagirone, furniture in period style and are equipped with every comfort: double bed in wrought iron single bed, wardrobe with mirror, tv, wi- fi, air conditioning, bathroom with shower. All rooms are independent and with independent access.
