The Rosalù is a small ground floor bed and breakfast located in our recently built single-family villa.

The spacious and romantic double rooms each have a private bathroom and independent entrance, ensuring maximum privacy and autonomy.

The facility is equipped with both individual air conditioning and adjustable underfloor heating, allowing guests to personalize their comfort.

Located at the foot of the Sirmione peninsula, the property is conveniently located near services, the beach, and the lake, and is only 500 meters away from the "Virgilio" Thermal Establishment.

Free parking is available outside the property, right in front.

Pets are not allowed.

For motorcycle enthusiasts, there is the possibility to store motorcycles indoors.

Check-in hours: from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Check-out hours: from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. (Late check-out until 2:00 PM is possible, upon agreement, at an additional cost of 20.00 euros)
Quiet hours: from midnight until 7:00 AM. Thank you.

Restaurants/pizzerias, delis, and supermarkets can also be reached on foot in a short time.

Beauty salons and hairdressers are located nearby.

Vouchers can be provided for gift ideas or special occasions to be celebrated in the setting of Sirmione.
