Located on the ground floor of a typical Ligurian dwelling dating back to 1903, it overlooks one of the characteristic alleys of the historic center, in a pedestrian area and just a few steps from the sea (Baia delle Favole 250 meters - Baia del Silenzio/Portobello 300 meters). Nearby are boutiques, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and grocery stores. Free parking on the street 500 meters away, train station 850 meters away.

The apartment is a comfortable open space of 55 square meters on the ground floor, divided into a living area and a sleeping area.

The apartment is not suitable for those looking for a quiet solution, as the pedestrian area is a high-traffic zone even during the night hours.

Accommodation options:
2 guests = double bed; for two separate beds, additional € 30 per stay
3 guests = double bed + sofa bed; for three separate beds, additional € 30 per stay
Children up to 3 years old = double bed with parents (we do not have cribs and high chairs); from 3 years old = sofa bed
Separate beds must be requested at the time of booking.

Notes:
- For those coming by car, it is possible to arrive up to 10 meters from the entrance for easy unloading of luggage; free parking on the street available nearby
- Cleaning of the apartment is not provided during the stay; the linen is changed every 7 days
- Dogs are welcome as long as they do not climb on the sofa and beds; please inform us of their presence at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.
- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; the keys must be collected by 8 pm
- In case of loss of keys, € 50 will be charged.
